Super Body Fitness Center offers boot camp in Dalton, GA to conduct group fitness classes that promote weight loss through companionship and group effort. Our fitness boot camp is designed to push you a little further in your fitness experience while providing you with your very own support group to help you get through an extensive workout and training program.

In physical boot camp, exercises such as squats, push ups, and other drills and routines are given to a group with the idea that everyone involved in the group will work toward one goal. Joining a boot camp will help develop not just your physical fitness but also your mental health in dealing with the hard part of the training program.

We offer personal boot camps performed with a trainer. This is, by far, the easiest, fastest, and most effective way to get results. The cardio boot camp is a much more intense workout for groups of people who would love to burn fat and build muscle in the long run.
